NEW HAVEN DIRECT CONNECT STORE CREDIT COUPON CODES TERMS & CONDITIONS 

1. Use and Redemption. 

New Haven Direct Connect does not use a typical Gift Card Program, we instead use a Store Credit Coupon Code. These work in much the same way in that you purchase in a denomination of either $75, $100, $150 or $200 and you are sent a unique Store Credit Coupon Code for use on our site. 

These codes are issued by New Haven Direct Connect, a D/B/A of Thomas Consulting Group, LLC a limited CT liability company, and include New Haven Direct Connect Store Credit Coupon Unique Codes that are emailed to you for download. To redeem your New Haven Direct Connect Store Credit Coupon Code, simply enter the unique code in the “Coupon Code” field in the checkout screen.  

Upon purchasing a New Haven Direct Connect Store Credit Coupon, you will have the option to use it yourself, send it via the email you provide to another person as a gift immediately, or send it to another person via email as a gift at a later date of your choosing.  

The Store Credit Coupon Code can be used against goods sold on NewHavenDirectConnect.com, associated Shipping and Handling and sales tax, where applicable. In the case where sales tax is applicable, the redeemed balance will account for the tax (example your $100 Store Credit Coupon Code will only be used for $95 if there is $5 tax on the purchase, the remaining $5 will go to pay the tax).    

Change or Remaining Balances can be accessed by creating an Account and logging into your Account in the upper right hand of the screen. Once you log in, click on “Coupons” to see if you have any Store Credit Coupon Codes with a Remaining Balance. If a purchase exceeds your New Haven Direct Connect Store Credit Coupon Code amount, the remaining amount must be paid with another payment method we accept. New Haven Direct Connect Store Credit Coupon Codes cannot be reloaded, a new Store Credit Coupon Code must be purchased.  

Store Credit Coupon Codes may only be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible goods and services provided by New Haven Direct Connect on www.NewHavenDirectConnect.com, or certain of its affiliates. Eligible goods and services are subject to change in our sole discretion. Redemption of Store Credit Coupon Codes at any affiliated property is subject to change in our sole discretion. New Haven Direct Connect or its affiliates ("we", "us", and "our") may provide Store Credit Coupon Code purchasers with information about the redemption status of Store Credit Coupon Codes that they purchase upon request. You will need the Unique Store Credit Coupon Code and/or the Purchaser Account Information to obtain this information.   

Limitations. 

Your New Haven Direct Connect Store Credit Coupon Code Balance cannot be used to purchase other Store Credit Coupon Codes. Store Credit Coupon Codes cannot be resold; used for payment outside of www.NewHavenDirectConnect.com or its affiliates; used for unauthorized advertising, marketing, sweepstakes, promotional or commercial purposes, including to facilitate the resale or shipment of goods from New Haven Direct Connect; redeemed for more than face value; transferred for value; redeemed for cash; returned for a cash refund (except to the extent required by law); or used in a manner otherwise prohibited. Your New Haven Direct Connect Store Credit Coupon Code may not be transferred to another New Haven Direct Connect Store Credit Coupon Code.  

Risk of Loss. 

The risk of loss and title for Store Credit Coupon Codes passes to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission of the Store Credit Coupon Code Unique Code to the purchaser or designated recipient, or our delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable. Store Credit Coupon Codes must be obtained from New Haven Direct Connect, and you are responsible for safeguarding your New Haven Direct Connect Store Credit Coupon Code Unique Code from unauthorized use. We are not responsible if any Store Credit Coupon Code is lost, stolen, or destroyed, or if your New Haven Direct Connect Store Credit Coupon Code Unique Code or any Store Credit Coupon Code is used without your permission. There are a variety of Store Credit Coupon Code scams that request payment by Store Credit Coupon Code. New Haven Direct Connect is not responsible for, and assumes no liability to you for, any unlawful conduct or fraud by any third party associated with any Store Credit Coupon Code. 

The Thomas Group Consulting, LLC and New Haven Direct Connect bear no liability for losses on emailed Store Credit Coupon Codes that are sent to invalid email addresses or to email addresses that are erroneously entered by the purchaser.  

1. Use of New Haven Direct Connect Store Credit Coupon Codes, Store Credit Coupon Code Unique Codes or any Store Credit Coupon Code in Violation of these Terms and Conditions. 

By using a New Haven Direct Connect Store Credit Coupon Code you agree to comply with these terms and conditions, and not to use a Store Credit Coupon Code in any manner that is misleading, deceptive, unfair, or otherwise harmful to New Haven Direct Connect, its affiliates, or its customers. We reserve the right, without notice to you, to void Store Credit Coupon Codes without a refund, suspend or terminate customer accounts, suspend or terminate the ability to use our services, cancel or limit orders, and bill alternative forms of payment if we suspect that a Store Credit Coupon Code is obtained, used, or applied to an New Haven Direct Connect account fraudulently, unlawfully, or otherwise in violation of these terms and conditions. 

1. Limitation of Liability. 

TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT NEW HAVEN DIRECT CONNECT CARDS OR UNIQUE STORE CREDIT COUPON CODE CODES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, IN THE EVENT A STORE CREDIT COUPON CODE OR UNIQUE GOFT CARD CODE IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, WILL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF THAT STORE CREDIT COUPON CODE OR UNIQUE STORE CREDIT COUPON CODE. 

1. General Terms. 

No fees apply to Store Credit Coupon Codes. We reserve the right to require additional verification of your identity, Store Credit Coupon Code or ownership, or provision of an additional payment instrument, before you are able utilize your New Haven Direct Connect Store Credit Coupon Code of Unique Store Credit Coupon Code. When you purchase, receive, or apply a New Haven Direct Connect Store Credit Coupon Code to a purchase, you agree that the laws of the State of CT, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these terms and conditions and any dispute that may arise between you and The Thomas Group Consulting, LLC D/B/A New Haven Direct Connect, and its affiliates related to your use of a Store Credit Coupon Code. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without notice, from time to time at our sole discretion. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law. If any of these terms and conditions are deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that unenforceable term will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining terms and conditions. 

1. New Haven Direct Connect Store Credit Coupon Code and Unique Store Credit Coupon Code Expiration. 

Your New Haven Direct Connect Store Credit Coupon Code or Unique Store Credit Coupon Code may expire in accordance with their stated terms and as allowed by law. Treat your New Haven Direct Connect Store Credit Coupon Code as if it were cash. It cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. The cash value on this card expires in the shortest term allowed by the current Connecticut state laws in effect at the time of issue.  

NEW HAVEN DIRECT CONNECT STORE CREDIT COUPON CODE RULES AND RESTRICTIONS 

There are certain restrictions in connection with the use of New Haven Direct Connect Store Credit Coupon Codes. If you engage in these activities, New Haven Direct Connect may prevent you from claiming or redeeming Store Credit Coupon Codes, or may take further action on your account without a refund. You may not: 

• Sell or exchange a Store Credit Coupon Code or Unique Store Credit Coupon Code for cash or for any other prepaid payment instrument. 

• Purchase a New Haven Direct Connect Store Credit Coupon Code or Unique Store Credit Coupon Code from an unauthorized third party as we cannot guarantee that they are legitimate. 

• Use a Store Credit Coupon Code or Unique Store Credit Coupon Code as payment for orders placed for commercial reasons (that is, sourcing inventory online). In other words, you may not use our New Haven Direct Connect Store Credit Coupon Codes to fulfill sales or fund purchases that you are making with the intent of reselling or exporting the goods or services. 

• The goods and services eligible for purchase with our New Haven Direct Connect Store Credit Coupon Codes or Unique Store Credit Coupon Code Codes are subject to change in our sole discretion. You'll need to provide a credit card, debit card, or other valid payment method to pay for an order that includes any ineligible items. 

• Transfer a Store Credit Coupon Code or Unique Store Credit Coupon Code to another account.  

• Redeem a Store Credit Coupon Code if you are not the intended recipient. An example of when you are the intended recipient is if you received the Store Credit Coupon Code as a gift. You are not the intended recipient if you fraudulently deceived the purchaser into giving or selling you a Store Credit Coupon Code or Unique Store Credit Coupon Code (even if they willingly do so at the time of transfer). 

• Use a Store Credit Coupon Code for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. 

The list of prohibited activities above is not intended to be a complete or exhaustive list of all prohibited activities. Engaging in any activity that, in our sole discretion, disrupts, or is harmful to our customers, reputation, goodwill, business, or operations is prohibited. Engaging in any prohibited activities, or using a New Haven Direct Connect Store Credit Coupon Code in violation our Store Credit Coupon Code Terms and Conditions may result in our taking action(s) against you. It includes, but is not limited to, preventing you from claiming or redeeming Store Credit Coupon Codes, revoking Store Credit Coupon Codes, or closing your account consistent with our Store Credit Coupon Code Terms and Conditions.
