The Nuzzo family, original owners of Grand Apizza in New Haven, have brought their almost 60 years of New Haven style apizza making experience to us, and we are thrilled! The original family dough and sauce recipe combine with top quality mozzarella and crispy bacon to make this 12″ pie a masterpiece. This is not a store-bought frozen apizza, it is a Grand Apizza pizza that is par baked with that New Haven char we all love, vacuum sealed and flash frozen. Simply open the package, remove the cardboard disc and bake on oven grates at 475-500 degrees for 8 to 9 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting and enjoy!

PS: Don’t forget to order some Foxon Park soda to go along with your Apizza!

SHIPPING PROCESS

We carefully package your fresh, gourmet foods in 200lb corrugate boxes with insulated liners and cold gel packs like you might see from meal services like Hello Fresh or Blue Apron.

Note: we do not ship frozen product yet, only chilled. You’ll find your chilled items like meats and cheeses in the box inside of the insulated liner, and your dry goods like cookies or jarred antipasto items outside of it, packed so they don’t break.

SHIPPING METHOD

We ship your product via UPS 2 Day air and send you a confirmation with tracking number.  

We try and ship on Tuesdays and Wednesdays so you will get your package on Thursday or Friday, but iit may take up to 10 days to receive it from date of purchase- but we will get it to you! We’re just starting out with a small team!
